CAROL R. CARMACK

Carol Rose Carmack, 82, of Kansas City, KS passed away on Sunday, November 27, 2022 at the Kaw River Care and Rehabilitation Nursing Home in Edwardsville, KS. Visitation will be from 10 to 11 AM and Funeral Services at 11 AM, both on Saturday, December 3 at the Alden-Harrington Funeral Home in Bonner Springs, KS with burial to follow in Edwardsville Cemetery.

Carol was born on September 22, 1940 in Sheldon, MO and was a long time Kansas City area resident. She loved raising her family and being a grandma and had also helped in the family business for many years. She was the best cook and was revered as the family go to person for tax preparation. Carol was an avid reader of all kinds of books and loved playing bingo. She was preceded in death by her husband, Charley M. Carmack in 2006 one son Ricky Carmack in 2012 and one grandson, Jason M.E. Carmack in 2001. Carol is survived by one son Brent C. Carmack of Kansas City, KS; one grandson Scott A. Carmack of Independence, MO; three granddaughters, Robyn Carmack of Lakeworth, FL; Haley Carmack of Edwardsville, KS and Michaela Carmack also of Edwardsville, KS. One brother Lewis Stacy of Kansas City, KS and five great-grandchildren Jasyn, Jayden, Jayana, Jackson and Jericho.
