Dr. Stephen Vanna

Of Voorhees, NJ, passed away on November 27, 2022. He was 82 years old. Beloved husband of Paula (nee Valenti). Loving father of Stephen Vanna III (Andrea), Jarod Vanna, Sr. (Suzanne) and Ryan Vanna (Amy). Devoted grandfather of Kayla, Jarod Jr., Sophia, Gavin, Stephen IV and Ava. Dear son of the late Stephen and Claire Vanna. He is also survived by his brother John Vanna (Mai). Stephen grew up in Harrison, NJ and graduated from Seton Hall Prep High School in West Orange, NJ. He attended Michigan State University and then graduated from NJ College of Medicine and Dentistry. He served as a Captain in the U.S. Airforce during the Vietnam War. For over 40 years, he has practiced neurology with his partner, S. Manzoor Abidi, MD. at Neurological Regional Associates in Maple Shade, NJ. He was also a member of the Medical Society of New Jersey. Family and friends are invited to the visitation 1-2pm Friday and to the Memorial Service at 2pm on Friday, December 2 at BRADLEY FUNERAL HOME, 601 NJ 73 South (at Evesham Rd.), Marlton, NJ. Burial will be private. In lieu of flowers, the family suggests donations to St. Jude Children’s Research Hospital (stjude.org)
