Gideon Douglas Blair, 80, of Jeremiah passed away Saturday, November 26, 2022 at the Whitesburg Appalachian Regional Healthcare Center. Doug was the son of the late Fred and Nada Thomas Blair. Surviving are 2 Sons: Richard Blair of Jeremiah; William Douglas Blair of Jeremiah; 1 Daughter: Frances Blair of Jeremiah; 2 Sisters: Maxine Sevier of Shepherdsville; Ethel Mae Adams of Ohio; special sister-in-law: Margarette Whitaker; special brother-in-law: Steve Pena; special neighbor: Jeff Hutchinson. Funeral 11:00 A.M. Thursday, December 1, 2022 at the Letcher Funeral Home Chapel with Roy Slone, Mickey Melton, Mike Slone, Wayne Smith officiating. Visitation 6:00 P.M. Wednesday, November 30, 2022 at the Letcher Funeral Home Chapel. Burial will follow in the Family Cemetery at Jeremiah, Kentucky.
