Le sobreviven sus hermanos José Jesús Arizpe, María Guadalupe Arizpe, Mariana Rodarte y Martin Jesús Arizpe. Su esposa de 43 años Ana Sylvia Arizpe, sus hijos Alfonso Arizpe Jr., Concepción Álvarez, María del Consuelo Arizpe y Raquel Nájera. Deja once nietos y dos bisnietos.

Visitation will be held on Thursday, December 1, 2022 from 5:00 PM to 7:00 PM at Sunset Memorial Oaks Funeral Home.

A Chapel Service will be held on Friday, December 2, 2022 at 1:00 PM at Sunset Memorial Oaks Funeral Home.

Interment will follow at Sunset Memorial Oaks Cemetery.
