<p><br></p><p>It is with great sadness we announce the peaceful passing of our beloved son, brother, uncle and friend on November 21, 2022. Dwayne David kitchen age 46 years.</p><p><br></p><p>Leaving to mourn his loving family, mother Charmane Kitchen (George Clark); his father Donald Kitchen (Rose) of Ontario; three brothers: Donald Kitchen, Jamie Kavanagh (Alicia) and Chris Kavanagh; three step brothers: Dennis (Paula), Carl (Cathy) and Clyde (Bride); two stepsisters: Kim (Dean) and Debbie (Gerald); one half- sister Jennifer; two nephews: Koby and Rylan Kavanagh; one niece Brooklyn Kitchen and one Great niece Delilah. A large selection of aunts, uncles cousins and friends.</p><p><br></p><p>Predeceased by step father James Sparkes; grandparents: Tom and Lillian Mugford and Lloyd and Fran Kitchen and aunt Karen.</p><p>We would like to extend a thank you the staff and residents from Hazelwood Community Care Home and the Health Science Centre for you compassion and care.</p><p><br></p><p>At Dwayne’s request cremation has taken place. There will be a family graveside service in Clarke’s Beach at a later date.</p><p><br></p>
