Janet Ann Moore Michael, passed away on November 21st, 2022, in Baton Rouge at the age of 87. She was born on April 4th, 1935.

She is survived by her son, Kenneth Wayne Michael, Sr. and his wife Wendie Williamson of Addis, LA; grandson, Kenneth Wayne Michael, Jr. of Gonzales, LA.; granddaughter, Ginger Broussard and her husband, Shannon Lee Broussard of Prairieville, LA; great-grandchildren, Quentin Clark Broussard, Gabriel Gray Broussard, and London Elizabeth Dooley; siblings, Betty Lois LeBlanc and her husband, Perry of Houma, LA, Pennell Gail Jacob of Prairieville, LA, Donald Ray Moore and his wife Cheryl of Franklinton, LA, and Gerald Darrell Moore and his wife Millie of Prairieville, LA; and numerous nieces and nephews.

Mrs. Michael is preceded in death by her husband, Patrick Kenneth Michael; parents, Donald James Moore and Olive Rose Tullier Moore; son, Kyle Patrick Michael; grandson, Jay Charles Michael; 2 sisters, Barbara Joyce Barber and Donnie Faye Moore; and brother, Harold James Moore.

Visitation will be at Ascension Funeral Home, 426 W. New River St., Gonzales, LA, on Wednesday, November 30th, 2022, from 12:00pm until the funeral service at 1:00pm in the funeral home chapel. Burial will follow at Faithful United Methodist Church Cemetery, 14253 Hwy 431, Saint Amant.
