Vicki Jacobs Baggett was born on March 8, 1967 to Horace Jacobs and Vivian Bullard and departed this life on November 23, 2022 completing her journey of 55 years.

Mrs. Vicki was preceded in death by a Foster Son: Issiah Thill; one half brother: Horace Jacobs, Jr.; her paternal grandparents: Gussie and Herman Jacobs as well as her maternal grandparents: BellArthur and Bossie Locklear.

She enjoyed spending time with her family and friends.

Vicki is survived by her husband: Rickey Levone Baggett of the home; one son: Jacob Malone Baggett of Red Springs, a foster son: Antonio Thill of Yadkinville, NC; a God son: Caleb Locklear of Lumber Bridge; her father: Horace Jacobs of Lumberton; her mother: Vivian Bullard and her husband Marvin of Red Springs; one brother: Delorean Spencer Jacobs of Red Springs; a half sister: Melinda Dial of Lumberton; a step brother: Marvin Bullard III of Asheboro, NC; 7 grandchildren: Taniya, Amani, Symphony, Kimela, Jacoby, Jaceon and Landen as well as several uncles, aunts, nieces and nephews.
