Entered into rest at the Brockville General Hospital on Thursday November 24, 2022. John H. Frederick Cassell of Brockville aged 90 years. Beloved husband of the late V. Dawn (nee Nix) Cassell. Loving father of Vicki Cassell of Brockville and 2 sons. Grandfather of Michael, Sean, Matthew, Allison and Tyler. Great-grandfather of Sophie. Brother of Michell Cassell (Deanna), Harry Cassell (Margorie) and a sister-law Jacqueline Nix.

Predeceased by his parents Captain Robert D. and Luella (Nee Harper) Cassell and siblings Junior, Walter, Shirley, Charlie and Betty.

A Private Interment will be held at Oakland Cemetery. In memory of John, donations to the Brockville and District Hospital Foundation Palliative Care or Birch Haven Rescue and Rehabilitation Services would be appreciated by the family.
