Sharen M. Carr, age 81, resident of Rochester Hills for 36 years, passed away on November 22, 2022 at Ascension Providence Rochester. Sharen was born on July 27, 1941, daughter of Henry and Hilda (Krum) Swartz. Sharen loved to travel, garden, craft shows, bowling, golfing and she mostly enjoyed her video games on her Ipad. Sharen also crocheted and donated her items to the American House Senior Community.

Sharen is survived by her son Gregg (Sue) of Almont, daughter Laurie (Daniel) Dodson of Tennessee. Her sister  Audree Schook of Florida. 5 Grandchildren, and 3 Great Grandchildren.

Preceded in death by her brother Gene Swartz, her partner Thomas Martin of 37 years, and her brother n' law Don.

Visitation will be held on Monday November 28, 2022 from 3-8 pm, at the Henry M. Malburg Funeral Home. Funeral will be on Tuesday November 29, 2022 at 10 am, also at the funeral home, burial to follow at Christian Memorial Cemetery (521 E. Hamlin rd, Rochester Hills Mi 48307) at 11:15 am.
