SLATON: A Funeral Service for Ms. Lera Jewell Slaton of East Point, Georgia who passed November 18, 2022 will be held Monday, December 5, 2022, 11:00 a.m. at Kingdom Hall of Jehovah’s Witnesses, 1891 Fairburn Road Atlanta, Georgia 30331; Elder Timothy Scott, officiating. Interment, private. Survivors are three children, Carol of Mascoutah, Illinois, Alton (Porshe’) and Charles of both Atlanta, Georgia; three sisters, Mildred, Bertha and Joan all of Athens, Georgia; five grandsons, Mark, Andrew (Olymphia), Preston, Charles II and Amari; two granddaughters, Adia and Amira; and a host of nieces, nephews, other family and friends. Family and friends are asked to assemble at the hall at 10:30 a.m.
