<p>Barbara Jean Victor, 77, formally of Beltsville, Maryland, passed November 19, 2022. She was born December 28, 1944, in Washington, DC to Earl and Rebecca Barnes. Barbara was a 1963 graduate of High Point High School, Beltsville. Following graduation she accepted a position with the US Department of&nbsp;Customs. She later transferred to the Department of Commerce as an International Trade Specialist. She was a devoted Reskins Fan and never missed a game.&nbsp;<br> <br> &nbsp; </p>
