Shirley D. Brown

   1941 – 2022

Shirley Dona Brown, wife of the late David Brown of Miramichi passed away at the Miramichi Regional Hospital on November 23, 2022, at the age of 81.

Born in Rouyn, Quebec, on January 7, 1941, she was the daughter of the late Lyall and Gladys (Molyneaux) Smith.  She worked as an administrator in the film business for many years.  Shirley also truly loved being involved with the Beaverbrook House Commission.

Shirley is survived by her brother, Glendon Smith (Mary) of Ontario; nieces, nephews, cousins, and friends.  She was predeceased by her parents; and husband, David Brown.

At Shirley’s request, there will be no visitation or funeral service.

As expressions of sympathy, donations to a charity of the donor’s choice would be appreciated by the family.
