Billy Joe “Bill” Fouts, Sr. 60 of Gravette passed away November 22, 2022, in Rogers. He was born December 11, 1961, in Rogers the son of James and Betty Shook Fouts. Bill was a retired truckdriver for Business Solutions, Inc., and a member of the Living Water Ministries. He is preceded in death by his father.

Bill is survived by his wife Tammy Lee Smith Fouts; children Billy Joe Fouts, Jr. and Amy Main; his mother Betty Milczarski, his siblings Rick Fouts, Linda Jones and husband Vernon, Jamie Walker and husband Calvin; grandchildren Job, Margo and Elijah Main; God daughter Ella Davidson; his mother-in-law Judy Johnson and husband Alvin; his in laws James Bush, Teressa Harmon and Tina Davidson and many nieces and nephews.
