<p> David Frank Hildebrand, 79, of Tyrone died Saturday January 25, 2014 at his residence.</p><p><br></p><p> He was born April 29, 1934 in Birmingham a son of George and Dorothy (Houck) Hildebrand. On August 12, 1935 in Alexandria he married Florann S. “Flo” Whitsel. She died December 26, 2008.</p><p><br></p><p> Surviving are 4 sons, Kim, Mike, Ron and Shawn all of Tyrone, 2 grandchildren, Ryan Hildebrand and Angela Grassmyer and 2 great-grandchildren. </p><p><br></p><p> Mr. Hildrebrand retired in 1996 from Westvaco Pulp and Paper Company, Tyrone as machine room supervisor following 43 years service.</p><p><br></p><p> He was a member of the Hookies Fire Company, Tyrone VFW and Tyrone Legion.</p><p><br></p><p> Dave loved Nascar, wrestling and tailgating at the camper for Tyrone football games. Dave could always be seen on a riding lawn mower helping out his neighbors. He will be greatly missed by his family and friends. </p><p><br></p><p> Services will be held at the convenience o the family.</p><p><br></p><p> Memorial gifts may be made to: American Cancer Society, 1004 N. Juniata St., Hollidaysburg, Pa. 16648.</p><p><br></p><p> Arrangements are by Feller Memorial Home.</p><p><br></p>

David Frank Hildebrand, 79, of Tyrone died Saturday January 25, 2014 at his residence.


He was born April 29, 1934 in Birmingham a son of George and Dorothy (Houck) Hildebrand. On August 12, 1935 in Alexandria he married Florann S. “Flo” Whitsel. She died December 26, 2008.
