Robert R Milesi, 89, of Windsor Locks, beloved husband of the late Barbara Ann (Rittlinger) Milesi, entered into eternal rest on Tuesday, November 22, 2022 at St Francis Hospital. Son of the late Rudolfo and Anna (Portaluppi) Milesi, he was born in Hartford, CT on February 4, 1933. A lifelong resident of Windsor Locks, he was employed for 37 years with the CT State Department of Transportation until his retirement in 1988. He was known to family and friends as a good man who enjoyed putting a smile on people's faces and making them happy. Robert's family would like to extend a special thank you to the doctors, nurses, and staff at St Francis Hospital for their kind and compassionate care.

Robert is survived by his son, Robert J. Milesi of Windsor Locks, and his friend Philip Shuman and his wife Joan of Agawam, MA. In addition to his beloved wife Barbara, Robert was predeceased by his brother, John, and his sister, Josephine.

Robert's family will receive relatives and friends from 9:30 to 10:30 am on Thursday, December 1, 2022, at the Windsor Locks Funeral Home, 441 Spring St, Windsor Locks. A Mass of Christian burial will be celebrated at 11 am at St Mary's Church, 42 Spring St, Windsor Locks. Burial will follow in St. Mary's Cemetery.
