Mr. JeVonte Romeo Lyons departed this life in Wrens, Georgia November 10, 2021, and entered into the eternal kingdom October 27, 2022. Mr. Lyons was born in Augusta, Georgia to Mr. Johnny A. Lyons and Jamie O. Hines. He accepted Christ at a very early age.

JeVonte attended school in the Richmond and Henry County School Systems. He was employed at Chaplin and Sons Construction.

He is preceded in death by his father, Crawford Romeo Washington, whom he adored and shared the name Romeo.

He leaves behind to remember the life he shared with them, his loving and devoted mother, Jamie Hines of Augusta, Georgia, his caring father Johnny A. Lyons of Augusta, Georgia, grandparents Bernice H. Charuce of Decatur, Georgia, James (Carolyn) Tremble of Louisville, Georgia, Arlene Washington of Augusta, Georgia, one loving an supportive sister, Jabrena Marshall of Augusta, Georgia, and three brothers who vow to keep his name alive; Johnny Proctor, Jarrin Lyons both of Augusta, Georgia, and T’Bias Vaughn of Charlotte, NC. There is one nephew and three nieces; Bryson Marshall, Ryan Marshall, Kiemma Proctor, Skylar Dantzler, all of whom reside in Augusta, Georgia. A host of wonderful loving uncles, aunts, cousins, friends and one very special friend, Samone Reed. They all love him dearly and will miss him beyond words.
