Helen Lee (Tang), born in New York City on April 21, 1966, passed away on November 21, 2022.

Helen was the beloved daughter of Wai N Tang (deceased) and Shou Ngar Tang, and grew up in Brooklyn, NY with her older sister, Wanda, and two older, rambunctious brothers, Raymond and Carson.

After she graduated from NYU in 1988 with a degree in Finance and International Business, Helen went on to receive her MBA at Fordham University in 1992.

Though Helen was a proud Brooklynite, she lived a life well-traveled: skiing in the Alps, snorkeling in Hawaii, visiting family in China, and traveling around Europe to name a few. Her worldly experiences enhanced her compassion for everyone around her. She was a passionate supporter of many causes and raised awareness and funds for them.

Helen married the love of her life, Haywood Lee, in October of 2000. They became loving and proud parents of two daughters Keira (17) and Casey (15). Helen passed on her many talents and hobbies to her daughters, such as her love for traveling, skiing, and her musical abilities.

Helen was the thoughtful and generous aunt to her many nieces and nephews, who adored her.

She is survived by her devoted husband, talented daughters, loving mother, and siblings.

Visiting hours will be held on Sunday, November 27th from 2 PM – 7 PM at McLaughlin and Sons, Inc. (9620 3rd Ave. Brooklyn, NY 11209)

Internment will take place at Greenwood Cemetery (please use the 5th Ave entrance) on Monday, November 28th at 11:00 AM
