John F. Baker

<p>John passed away November 20th at the age of 75 years.&nbsp; He was born in Tabora, Tanzania, and came to Canada at the age of 15. He went on to have a brilliant career as a geologist in mineral exploration.&nbsp; He loved to fly into remote areas of northern BC to hunt, fish and hike.&nbsp; </p><p>John is survived by his wife of 53 years, Gloria, and his sisters Irene and Linde (Don).&nbsp; </p><p>In lieu of flowers, please donate in John’s name to the BC Hospice Society at https://bvhospice.ca. </p>
