Tina passed away Sunday, May 22, 2022 due to complications of COPD at Advanced Healthcare Center. Tina was born in Toledo, Ohio to Laurence and Martha Wellington. She Attended Libbey High School. Tina enjoyed babysitting, cooking and spending time with her grandchildren. Tina loved family gatherings, playing cards & dominoes back in the day. Tina was kindhearted and would open her doors to anyone that needed a home. She didn't hold her tongue and told it like it was she didn't play about her kids or her money. Tina also loved to travel especially many trips to visit family in Cleveland. Tina was preceded in death by her father & step grandchild Kemari. Tina is survived by her mother, Martha, Husband Jimmy Tuggle and children Stewart (Sharonda) Smith, Shawntae Wellington, Staci Wilson and Jasmine Tuggle. Grandchildren Antonio Banks Jr. , Kanya Hayes, Sarond & Sharod Galloway-Smith and Rashawn Lewis Jr. & 2 stepchildren Jimmy & Jordan Carnes. Bonus Daughter Melissa Carnes and Bonus Son, Antonio Gibson b.k.a. (JR). Jr. 8, step grandchildren Amiree, Jasayla, Jimmy Jr., Ja'Nesha, Christian, Adriana, Kalise and Maekeese. 2 step great grandchildren Ny'Lasia & James. Siblings Beverly Tate and April Shabaa and many nieces and nephews & Best Friends Tonya Roberts (Ya-Ya) Special friends Robin Chaney, Linda Sampson, Rhonda Riley & Valissha McCoy. Deceased Friends Faye Stallworth-Clay & Merilyn Jones.
