Mildred Schley was called home to be with the Lord November 17, 2021. Mildred was born April 29,1939 to the union of Bernice White and Johnnie L. White

Mildred worked as an LPN, then Chrysler Jeep where she was employed for 27 years. Mildred was a devoted member of St. Paul Baptist Church where she was active on the Deaconess and Usher Board. She loved to travel and was able to visit some of the most beautiful places in the world. Mildred loved all her children, grandchildren, and great-grandchildren.

Mildred was preceded in death by husband, Joseph L. Schley. She is survived by six loving children, Darrell L. Scott, Darlene Dunbar, Joseph Schley, Berechee Turner, Edward Scott, and Martin L. Schley Sr. (Michelle:; nine grandchildren; twenty-four great grandchildren; and four surviving siblings: Alonzo Wright, Toyce Cherry, Lonnie White, and Shirley Carter.
