Billie Sol Rose Sr. (Still Bill) was born in Toledo, Ohio on June 6, 1962 to Floyd E. Rose and the late Lillie Ann (Shelton) Rose. Billie transitioned from this life Monday, October 4, 2021.

Billie was a graduate of Rogers High School. He also attended Southwestern Christian College.

Billie enjoyed watching his favorite sport teams, "The Dallas Cowboys', "Ohio State" and Lebron James, He also loved being around family and friends. He loved god-grandkids.

Billie leaves to cherish his memories: his wife for 39 years, Gwendolyn A. Rose; son, Billie S. Rose Jr; father, Rev. Floyd (Estell) Rose, brothers, Jeffery Carl Rose, and Gerald E. Rose Sr., sister, Jennifer C. Rose, nephew, Gerald E. Rose Jr. niece, Jerrika Rose, nephew, Corey Wakefield, godchildren LaTisha, Berry, Darryl Jackson Sr, Jen'niyah Curry and Alan M.
