Nathaniel Savage was born in Pittsburg, Pennsylvania October 29, 1941. He was a graduate of Libbey High School. Nathanial was an Army Veteran and served in the Vietnam War. Nate retired from City Auto Stamping after 27 years. He was united in Holy Matrimony to MaryAnn Horton, June 15, 1991.

Mr. Savage "Cadillac Man" was known as "Laid-Back" and well-dressed and a lover of music. "Cool Nate" was in the music group THE CASUALS. Nate was a faithful member of Union Grove Missionary Baptist Church serving in the Male Chorus and the Church Choir.

Nate was proceeded in death by his parents, grandparents, stepson, and great-grandson. Mr. Nathaniel Savage leaves to cherish his memory, his wife MaryAnn, his children Charles Caldwell Jr. (Stephanie), Mark Caldwell (Donna), L’Donn Black (Manuel), Damon Horton (Marquisa), William H. Horton III (Shannan), Marlon Horton, Tyra Smith, and a host of grand and great grandchildren.
