Ms. Rachelle Marie Dunning was born in Toledo, OH, September 12, 1963 to the late Mary Alice Dunning and Henry Lee Edwards. She departed this life Sunday, May 23, 2021 at Ebeid Promedica Hospice.

Rachelle confessed in Christ at an early age at Mt. Nebo Baptist Church. She was a graduate of Scott High School, class of 1981, and she received her B.S. in Education from Bowling Green State University. Rochelle was employed at Toledo Public Schools as a Para Professional for 34 years until her death.

Rachelle was preceded in death by both parents and sister, Juliette Dunning.

Rachelle leaves to cherish her memory, son, Michael J. Williams, Toledo, OH; granddaughter, Kariss S. Williams, Toledo, OH; sisters, Cynthia (James) White, Toledo, OH, and Sharon Newsome-Makel, Washington, D.C., and a host of loving nieces, nephews, cousins, and friends.

She was a very kind, loving person, who will be truly missed.
