Myra Lee Clinkscale was born in Loango, Alabama, on November 3, 1938, to Eula Bell and Arrie Hutcherson. She received her wings on April 26, 2021, at The Manor at Perrysburg nursing home.

Myra, 82, lived in Akron/Toledo, Ohio, most of her life. The mother of ten, Myra, will always be remembered as the true definition of a matriarch. Known for her beautiful singing voice, she was a devout Christian that loved to sing in the choir and was also a member of The Voices of Praise gospel group. She was a beloved member of New Mission Missionary Baptist Church located in Akron, Ohio.

Myra was one of the kindest, loving, and caring people to ever grace God’s green earth. Myra also loved to travel with friends, especially to her home state of Alabama.

She raised her children with love and devotion, and they will cherish in her memory: Children Gregory (Yvonne) Hutcherson, Michael Hutcherson, Felicia Hutcherson, Sheila (Lakshaman)Wickramasinghe, Kim Jefferson, Robin Jefferson, Charlotte Jefferson, Marcus (Quesha) Jefferson, Anthony Jefferson.

Myra was preceded in death by her parents, daughter Mary Carolyn Dotson, sister Dorothy Ann Hutcherson, brother Clinton Hutcherson and granddaughter Shaconda Jefferson.
