William Cayson Obituary

William Elliot Cayson, affectionately known as “Wee Wee” was born December 9, 1968, in Toledo, Ohio, to Willie and Betty Cayson. William attended Collingwood Learning Center, Fulton Elementary, and Old West End Jr. High prior to becoming Jesup W. Scott’s salutatorian in 1987. He went on to study electrical engineering at Ohio University, graduating with his Bachelors of Science in Industrial Technology. William married the love of his life, Sharron, July 5, 2014 in a ceremony acknowledging his love for God, Sharron and the Dallas Cowboys. William was employed by Chrysler, LLC for 21 years as an Engineer. William was a sports enthusiast, with a special affection for the Dallas Cowboys and Ohio State. William was also passionate about education, encouraging and supporting those who were in pursuit of higher education. His motto was “get your education so that you can be who and what you want to be”. William was proceeded in death by his father, Willie Cayson Jr. He leaves to cherish his memory as well as his unforgettable smile, his mother, Betty Cayson, wife, Sharron, “bonus son” Antoine, grandson Antoine “AJ” Jr., sister, Roselyn (Phillip) Rayford, brother John (Allison) Cayson, nieces, Faith Nicole Mosley and Katia Beck, special cousin, Brenda Cayson and many other family members and friends. Visitation will be held, Sunday, March 27, 2016, from 4:00 pm-6:00 pm at the House of Day Chapel. Services will be held, Monday, March 28, 2016, at 11:00 am, proceeded by a Wake at 10:00 am, at Scott High School Field House.
