Helen Louise Rucki-Crockett, affectionately known as "Nina," 64, passed away Wednesday, August 26, 2015, at Hospice of Northwest Ohio, surrounded by her loving family and friends. She was born June 5, 1951, in Toledo, OH to the late Edwin Rucki and Helen (Slowinski) Schell. She was a nurse, housekeeper, and second mother to many. She enjoyed crocheting, music, movies and books. She is survived by her husband, Larry Crockett; son, David Joseph (Linda) RuckiCrockett; daughters, LeAnn and Samantha Crockett; sisters, Edwina Carol (David) Sheets and Catherine Motter; brother, Donald (MaryAnn) Pozy; grandchildren, Cynthia, Larry, and Jayden Crockett; best friend, Pamela Patrick, and a host of other family and friends.
