Bill Fred Fell Jr., born October 26, 1952, passed on Sunday, August 9, 2015, surrounded by his family. Survived by 6 brothers and 1 sister. He leaves behind 2 sons; 2 daughters and 5 grandchildren. He was a well-loved employee at The Toledo Hospital and Toledo Building Services who put his all in everything he did. Services to celebrate Bill's life will be held on Friday, August 14, 2015, at House of Day Funeral Home. The wake is at 10 a.m. with the funeral beginning at 11 a.m.
