Reginald W. Murphy Sr. was born December 29, 1948 to Vivian and Abner Murphy in Birmingham Alabama. Reginald, surrounded by his family, silently and peacefully went to glory to be with the Lord on Monday, November 3, 2014. He was the first of 8 siblings. Reginald was a graduate from Drummond Libbey High School. He also attended the University of Toledo. On April 4, 1970 he married Janie R. Shropshire and from this union were born four children. Reginald accepted Jesus Christ at an early age and was a member of Precious Blood Church. He enjoyed watching sports especially when his kids/grandkids were participating. Reginald was full oflaughter and life. Although his health was failing he never complained. Reginald is preceded in death by his parents and sister Cecelia Murphy. He leaves to cherish his memory his loving wife of 45 years Janie. His children, Cloreissa (Ryan Glaze), Kimberly (Elige Jr.) Campbell, Reginald (Tolana), Tyree (Tracy) Murphy. Grandchildren, Everett, DJ, Reggie lll, Keion, Jada, Tyree Jr. and Jaylen. Siblings,Waymond, Michael (Valerie), Derrick (Regina), Leslie, Anthony and Darryl (Darla). Special Aunt Margaret Felder, a host of n-laws, nieces, nephews, cousins and friends.
