Charles E. Blackmon, 75, of Toledo, OH passed away Monday January 7, 2013, at St. Vincent's Hospital. Charles is survived by his loving children, Marilyn Peoples, Patricia Logan, Phyllis Sisson, Derrick Sisson, Sharon Sisson and Kesha Blackmon-Matthews. Homegoing services are Wednesday, January 16, 2013, 11 a.m., preceded by 10 a.m. wake. Visitation is Tuesday 4-6 p.m. All services will be held at The House of Day Funeral Services Chapel
