John H. McCowan "John Henry", 67, passed away May 27, 2012, at Concord Care Center.

He is survived by sisters, Laura Smith, Mary Burdette, Effie Snow, Betty McCowan, Sheryl McCowan, and Jessie Kelly; special friend, Carrie Holston, and a host of loving nieces, nephews, other relatives, and friends.

Funeral services are Tuesday, June 5, 2012, 1:00 p.m. at The House of Day Funeral Services Chapel, preceded by 12:00 noon wake. Please sign register book at
