She leaves to cherish her memory, father, Artis Smith; children, David, Winfred (Patriann), Levelle (Sharron) and Tina Booth; 15 brothers and sisters; 37 grandchildren; 8 great-grandchildren and a host of family and friends. Funeral services will be held on Thursday, January 13, 2011 at 12 noon, preceded by an 11:00 a.m. Wake, at the House of Day Funeral Service.
