Princess Jasmine Phenique Carnes (Pooh), was born on August 2, 1989,to Rhonda Hines and Frazell Carnes. She confessed her life to Christ at an early age. Jasmine graduated from Calvin M. Woodward High School in 2007, she was Senior Class President and graduated with Honors. Jasmine received a full scholarship to Tiffin University where she attended for 2 years. She worked as an STNA. Jasmine loved to dance and make people laugh, she was also straight forward and to the point.


She was preceded in death by her grandmother, Viola M. Hines and grandfather, Frazell S. Carnes.


She leaves to cherish her daughter, Emani Grinter; mother, Rhonda Hines; step father, Harold Neal, Jr; father, Frazell S.(Anita) Carnes; grandfather, Virgil Johnson; grandmother, Barbara Carnes; Godmother, Regina Fleming; brothers, Jeremiah (J.D.), Nehemiah (Nemo); sisters, Alicia, India, Alexis, Keyonna and Madison Carnes; special friend, Etienne Grinter; and a host of other loving relatives and very special friends.


Visitation Thursday, June 18, 5-7 p.m., Funeral Friday 9:30 a.m., House of Day Funeral Home, 2550 Nebraska Ave., Toledo, OH.
