DeShaun Lewis Lee Obituary

DeShaun "Shauny" Lewis Lee was born on July 16, 1993, in Toledo, Ohio, to Daryl Lee, Sr., and Robin Copeland. DeShaun took his flight to heaven on Saturday, May 29, 2010.

DeShaun attended Calvin M. Woodward High School where he was currently enrolled in his junior year. He was a bright and articulate young man. At a young age, DeShaun displayed extraordinary academic gifts and skills. It was believed that DeShaun was destined to be someone "very special", but sadly, he was not able to reach his full potential.

DeShaun accepted Christ into his life at an early age. He had a true love for his family with whom he thoroughly enjoyed spending time. He was very protective of his sisters, and he loved hanging with his brothers, cousins and friends, especially, "P~T", "Nephew", and special friend, "Tierea". DeShaun was extremely humorous, alway cracking jokes and full of trickery. He prided himself on making others laugh and displaying his comedic gifts. DeShaun was a fashion icon as well. He had his own unique style, always "dressed to impress". As his brother affectionately stated, "the boy had SWAG". DeShaun was known for wearing his polo shirts, levi jeans, and airmax tennis showes. DeShaun "Shauny" Lewis Lee is our Angel flying high. He is deeply missed and forever loved.

Deshaun was preceded in death by his grandfather, John Lee Sr. and uncle, Edward C. Lee Sr.
