<p>WHITLOW Jeffrey O.J. C. Jeffrey O.J.C. Whitlow passed away suddenly in Midland, Texas, on April 14, 2010. Jeffrey was born in Toledo, Ohio, on January 10, 1970, to Linda Dent and John Whitlow. Jeffrey was employed at Albertson's Inc. in Midland Texas. He was kind hearted and always brought a smile to anyone he met. He was preceded in death by his mother, Lynda Dent. Left to cherish his memory are his father, John Whitlow; grandmother, Ethel Harvey: sister, Crystal Whitlow; children Jaquade Lewis, Bryce and Jazzlyn Whitlow; niece, Ayanna Whitlow; and host of other relatives and friends. Visitation for Jeff will be Thursday, April 22, from 6-8pm at House of Day Funeral Home, 2550 Nebraska Ave. The funeral service will be held on Friday, April 23, at 11 am at The Church of the New Covenant, 3864 Jackman Rd. Interment Woodlawn Cemetery</p>
