PHYLLIS A.MOTHERSHED 10/20/43 - 4/10/10 Departed this life for heavenly glory on April 10, 2010. Phyllis retired from the University of Toledo Medical Center, formerly MCO (Medical College of Ohio) after thirty-three years of service.

She was preceded in death by her mother, Bettye McBrayer-Smith and her father John McBrayer Sr.

She leaves to cherish her memory one daughter and caregiver, Lennise M. McBrayer; four grandchildren, Kerry (Lajaria) Brown, Jovon (Zana) Brown, Sirmar Brown and Sherron Brown; brothers, Dr. John McBrayer Jr., Dr. Joseph McBrayer, David McBrayer and Leonard McBrayer; one sister, Robin D. Smith-Calhoun;and a host of nieces, nephews, family and friends.
