WALKER Ruth M. Ruth M. Walker was born August 1, 1917 to the union of Columbus Lonas and Susie Henerson. She departed this life on Saturday April 3, 2010, after a long illness. Ruth was a long-time devoted member of the Glass City Church of Christ. She was preceded in death her parents; husband, Floyd Walker; brother, Clarence Lonas; sister, Mollie Wylie; sons, Robert Lonas Sr., Melvin Lonas Sr., and Arthur Lonas Sr. She is survived by her son, Steven (Donna) Walker and many grandchildren and great-grandchildren. Visitation services will be Thursday April 8, 2010 from 4:00-7:00 p.m. at The House of Day Funeral Services Chapel. Funeral services will be Friday April 9, 2010 at 12:00 p.m. at The Glass City Church of Christ, 901 Hoag St., with wake services preceding at 11 a.m.
