Lillie Rachel Webb (88), passed away on March 23, 2010, at Hospice of Northwest Ohio, Toledo on South Detroit Ave. She was united in Holy Matrimony to Oscar O Webb Sr., on December 25,1949 and to this union three children were born. She was preceded in death by her husband, Oscar, siblings, Lucy, LeBertha, Richard, Algertha and Otis D. Rachel. She leaves to cherish her memory, her brother Oakley Clark, of St Louis, MO., her children, Oscar Jr. (Cherlynn), Michael (Lena), and Ramona Bethany, seven grandchildren, four great-grand-children and a host of nieces, nephews, cousins, church family and friends. The family will receive friends at The House of Day Funeral Service, 2550 Nebraska,Toledo, Ohio 43607 Saturday, March 27th, at 10am. followed by Funeral Service that will begin at 11am.
