<p>Mrs. Grace Marie Woodson, 50, went to be with her heavenly&nbsp;Father on December 30, 2009.&nbsp; She was born on August 28, 1959 in Toledo, Ohio&nbsp;to Bettie (Johnson) Franklin and the late</p><p> RooseveltFranklin.&nbsp;&nbsp;&nbsp;&nbsp;&nbsp;&nbsp;&nbsp;&nbsp;&nbsp;&nbsp;&nbsp;&nbsp;&nbsp;&nbsp;&nbsp;&nbsp;&nbsp;&nbsp;&nbsp;&nbsp;&nbsp;&nbsp;&nbsp;&nbsp;&nbsp;&nbsp;&nbsp;&nbsp;&nbsp;&nbsp;&nbsp;&nbsp;&nbsp;&nbsp;&nbsp;&nbsp;&nbsp;&nbsp;&nbsp;&nbsp;&nbsp;&nbsp;&nbsp;&nbsp;&nbsp;&nbsp;&nbsp;&nbsp;&nbsp;&nbsp;&nbsp;&nbsp;&nbsp;&nbsp;&nbsp;&nbsp;&nbsp;&nbsp;&nbsp;&nbsp;&nbsp;&nbsp;&nbsp;&nbsp; </p><p> At an early age, Grace received Jesus Christ as her personal Savior by way of Calvary Baptist Church, where she was a member for many years.&nbsp; Most recently, she became an active member at Bible Way.&nbsp; </p><p><br></p><p> She was a graduate at Roy C. Start High School, and also completed two years at The University of Toledo. </p><p><br></p><p> Grace was employed at Anne Grady Center as a Direct Support Person, ultimately earning a Supervisory position which she held for many years.&nbsp; </p><p><br></p><p> Grace was a fun, loving, and out-spoken person who enjoyed her life to the fullest.&nbsp; She enjoyed spending time with her grandchildren, and she also enjoyed rocking in her rocking chair while listening to music.&nbsp;</p><p><br></p><p> She was preceded in death by her father, Roosevelt Franklin, brothers, Roosevelt Franklin, Jr. and Tommy Lee Franklin, and sisters, Deloris Allen and Ruby Sylvester.&nbsp;&nbsp;&nbsp;&nbsp;&nbsp;&nbsp;&nbsp;</p><p><br></p><p> Grace Marie Woodson will be sorely missed.&nbsp;&nbsp;&nbsp;&nbsp;&nbsp;</p><p><br></p><p> &nbsp;&nbsp;&nbsp;&nbsp;&nbsp;&nbsp;&nbsp;&nbsp;&nbsp;&nbsp;&nbsp;&nbsp;&nbsp;&nbsp;&nbsp;&nbsp;&nbsp;&nbsp;&nbsp;&nbsp;&nbsp;&nbsp;&nbsp;&nbsp;&nbsp;&nbsp;&nbsp;&nbsp;&nbsp;&nbsp;&nbsp;&nbsp; </p><p> She leaves to cherish her memory her husband of 19 years, Jerry Woodson;&nbsp;mother, Bettie Franklin,; children, Tamekia Franklin, Alisha Thomas, Candiss Woodson, Michael Thomas, Jerrica Woodson, and Jerry Woodson, Jr.: grandchildren, Donntae Franklin, Danejua and Iyona Forrest, Trevon Thomas, Mariyonna Hawkins, and Treasure Whitacker,; sisters, Frances Williams, Roby&nbsp;Franklin, Shirly (LC) Everage, Emma McClellan, Dora (Melvin) Spears, and Linda (James) Flowers; brothers, Alvin (Carolyn) Hallibarton, Robert James, and Stanley&nbsp;Woodson, and Thomas Odoms. </p><p><br></p><p> Funeral Services will be held on Saturday, January 9th 10am at Bible Way Church, Visitation will be Friday, January 8th from 5 – 7pm at House of Day Funeral Service</p>

Mrs. Grace Marie Woodson, 50, went to be with her heavenly Father on December 30, 2009.  She was born on August 28, 1959 in Toledo, Ohio to Bettie (Johnson) Franklin and the late

RooseveltFranklin.                                                                

At an early age, Grace received Jesus Christ as her personal Savior by way of Calvary Baptist Church, where she was a member for many years.  Most recently, she became an active member at Bible Way. 


She was a graduate at Roy C. Start High School, and also completed two years at The University of Toledo.


Grace was employed at Anne Grady Center as a Direct Support Person, ultimately earning a Supervisory position which she held for many years. 


Grace was a fun, loving, and out-spoken person who enjoyed her life to the fullest.  She enjoyed spending time with her grandchildren, and she also enjoyed rocking in her rocking chair while listening to music. 


She was preceded in death by her father, Roosevelt Franklin, brothers, Roosevelt Franklin, Jr. and Tommy Lee Franklin, and sisters, Deloris Allen and Ruby Sylvester.       


Grace Marie Woodson will be sorely missed.
