Lucile Hill Shields 76 formerly of Toledo, passed away August 21, 2009 in Spartanburg, South Carolina. She retired from the Health and Retiree Center, previously she worked as a receptionist at the Salvation Army. She was a graduate of Jesup Scott High School and she was a member of Third Baptist Church.

Surviving are sons; Anthony (Sandy), Christopher and Danny Stevenson, daughters; Cynthia Stevenson, Therese (Tracy) Guinn and Dawn (Marcus) Norman, sisters; Mabel Hill and Eva Joyce Flemmings, thirteen grandchildren, and a host of loving great-grandchildren, family

and friends..

Services will be 1:00pm Saturday, August 29, 2009 at Third Baptist Church, preceded by wake services starting at 12:00 noon. Services entrusted to The House of Day Funeral Home.
