Clifford Duane Jones was born on June 21, 1954, in Toledo, Ohio. He departed this life on November 9, 2008. He was preceded in death by his loving mother, Rose E. Larkin; father, James Larkin, and son, Lorenzo Brown. Clifford had a passion for shooting pool, writing music, singing, and a creative ability for customizing furniture and growing plants. Enduring Sickle Cell Anemia for the majority of his life, Clifford never let the disease control or determine his goals or set limitations. He leaves to cherish his memory his daughters, Coral and Crystal Jones; brothers, Clyde Jones (Elivira), Jessie Dyer; sister, Anna (Barry Wyatt) Larkin; 6 grandkids, and a host of nieces, nephews, cousins, godchildren, and friends and family too numerous to mention. Visitation was Friday, November 14, 2008, at the House of Day Funeral Home. Wake Services Saturday, November 15, 2008 at Zion Hill Missionary Baptist Church, 2004 Valentine St. (at Bogar St.), Toledo, Ohio at 12:00 p.m. with Funeral at 1:00 p.m.
