Richard Teasley
<p>Richard Teasley, age 71, of Bowman, Georgia entered his eternal rest on Saturday, November 19, 2022. </p><p>On November 19, 2022, Mr. Richard Teasley had a sudden transition from his earthly life. Richard was born to the parents of the late Ms. Elizabeth Teasley and Mr. Frank Vinson, on January 29, 1951, in Elbert County. </p><p>On October 30, 1972, he married the love of his life the late Mrs. Edna Mae Teasley. To this union five girls were born. Richard was a member of Mt. Zion Baptist Church and later moved his membership to Royston Grove Baptist Church where he attended faithfully. Richard graduated from Elbert County Schools and was retired from Ty Cobb Healthcare Systems as a Perioperative Tech in the operating room for 30 plus years. Richard also worked as a custodian at Royston Medical Associates for many years after retirement he also worked at the Gables. </p><p>Preceding him in death is his wife: Mrs. Edna Mae Teasley. Mother: Elizabeth Teasley. Father: Frank Vinson. Mother-In-Law: Lizzie Mae White. Three brothers, several aunts, uncles, and cousins. </p><p>Richard leaves a large loving family to cherish his memory, five daughters: Catinia Kinsler (Demetrius), Trena Teasley, Toinette Harris (Paul), Trinette Spencer (Ian), and Taren Teasley; extended children: Kimberly Oglesby (Arthur), Shanda Heard (Jokendal), Ronika Johnson (Alex), Keaira Dudley and Kwydrecus White. One sister: JoAnn Mangham. Two brothers: Thomas Teasley (Bobbie) and Donnie Teasley. Three Aunts: Laura Lee Browner of Elberton, GA. Fannie Vinson and Mattie Ruth Rousey both of New York. Sister-In-Laws: Willena Johnson, JoAnn Butler (Watters), Bonnie Smith, Connie White and Peggy Berryman (Bobby). Nine Grandchildren: Aquavias and A’mir Jones, Tyrese and Trenese Harris, Tira and Antreyvian Willis, Sanai Teasley, Trinitee and Isom Spencer. Twelve extended grandchildren; extended sister: Jerlene Rucker and extended brother: Willie Smith. A host of nieces, nephews, cousins, and friends. </p><p>Richard’s hobbies were sewing and baking. He was an amazing ironer and known to make everyone smile. </p><p>Visitation will be held on Sunday, November 27, 2022, from 12:00pm until 5:00pm located at Mack's Funeral Home - Hartwell Chapel. <br> Funeral Services will be held on Monday, November 28, 2022, at 2:00pm located at Christian Worship Assembly - Hartwell, GA. </p><p>Interment will follow funeral services at Brown Grove Cemetery. </p><p><br> Mack’s Funeral Home & Cremation Service-Hartwell Chapel www.macksfuneralhome.com (706) 376- 7566.<br> <br> </p>January 29, 1951 - November 19, 202201/29/195111/19/2022
