Mrs. Georgianna Burton, 91, was born June 15, 1916 in Rosedale Mississipi to the union of the late Richard and Will Ella Springer. She made the transition from this life on Wednesday, May 14, 2008 in Liberty West Nursing Center. She was preceded in death by her husband of 40 years, Joe, and one brother Samuel Evans. She confessed her faith in Christ at an early and after moving to Toledo joined Mt Zion Missionary Baptist Church under the pastorate of the late Elijah Benton. Mrs. Burton leaves to cherish her memoroy sons, Andrew alee Harris, Of Detroit, MI and Ulysses Allen of Cleveland, Ohio, sisters Edna Jones and Mamie Posey, both of Toledo, and one brother, Richard Springer, Jr. of Chicago, IL and a host of nieces and nephews.
