Katherine L. (Delpidio) Carr, age 77, formerly of Quincy, MA, passed away peacefully at home on Sunday, November 20, 2022, surrounded by her two sons and her dog.

Born in Boston, Massachusetts, the daughter of the late Celestino A. “Charles” Delpidio and Antonetta C. (Luccio) Delpidio, she was raised in Quincy, MA, and lived in Deerfield Beach, FL for 20 years. She returned to Quincy in 2002.

Mrs. Carr was a graduate of the paralegal program at Broward College in Broward County, FL, and had been employed by the Broward County Courts.

She loved to spend time with her two sons and her dog, and enjoyed bingo. She was a very generous and loving person.

She is survived by two sons, Dennis C. Carr and John A. Carr, formerly of Quincy, MA; two brothers, Louis Delpidio of Boston, MA and Charles R. Delpidio of Easton, MA; several nieces and nephews; and her dog, Bernie.

A special thank-you to her cousins Paula Phinney and Marie Rapazzini for their love, care, and kindness to Katherine.

Her funeral and burial will be private.
