Memorial graveside services for Mrs. Margaret Leona Fulton, age 82, of Minden, LA, will be held at 1:00 pm, Monday, November 28, 2022, at Western Cemetery, Emerson, AR, with Rev. Aaron Middleton officiating. Interment will follow under the direction of Bailey Funeral Home.

Mrs. Fulton was born on March 29, 1940 to Archie Garland and Pauline Green Mayfield in Emerson, AR and passed away on Monday, November 21, 2022 in Springhill, LA. She was a member of Western Missionary Baptist Church, and an accountant for Arkla Gas for forty years.

She is survived by her sister, Judy Grant and husband, James of Waldo, AR; brother, Colin Dale Mayfield and wife, Ila of Lufkin, TX; and a number of nieces and nephews; as well as a number of great and great-great nieces and nephews.

Mrs. Fulton was preceded in death by her husband of 62 years, William Ballard Fulton; father, Archie Garland Mayfield; mother, Pauline Mayfield; sisters, Trixie Scott, and Jeanette Benefield; and brothers, Arnold Garland Mayfield, and Gwendol Ellis "Dick" Mayfield.
