Nicholas Erdmann, 65, Menasha, died Sunday, September 12, 2010, at Prairie Homes Elder Services. He was born December 25, 1944, in New London, son of Anton and Elsie (Braun) Erdmann. Nick was very involved with athletics while he attended Winneconne High School. After high school he became employed by Neenah Paper and worked for them for many years. Nick enjoyed hunting and fishing. Nick is survived by 2 daughters: Paula Hutt (special friend Dale Grayson), Hot Springs, SD, and Pamela Erdmann, Menasha; 4 grandchildren: Bradley and Wesley Hesby, Brittany and Emily Hutt; brothers and sister: James (Dawn), Neenah; Gene (Sharon), Pickerel; Carol Linder, Schofield; Gary (Cathy), Wittenberg; Wayne (Sandra), Oshkosh; Karl (Susan), Oshkosh; Donald (Shirley) Braun, Weyauwega; further survived by many nieces and nephews. Nick was preceded in death by his parents. Memorial services will be held at 6:00 P.M. Thursday, September 16, 2010, at the Kessler Funeral Home, 304 S. Commercial Street, Neenah, with Rev. Paul Holte officiating. Visitation will be at the funeral home from 3:00 P.M. Thursday until the time of the service. In lieu of flowers a memorial has been established for the Polycystic Kidney Foundation.
