Myron E. Andrews

Andrews, Myron E. Myron Andrews, 80, Neenah, passed away Saturday, August 21, 2010. He was born September 1, 1929, in Fort Wayne, Indiana, son of Myron and Clara (Frick) Andrews. Myron married Barbara J. Donahue September 8, 1951, at St. Phillips Catholic Church, Pasadena, California. He was a graduate of the University of California, Berkeley, receiving his B.S. in chemistry. He continued his studies in Chemistry while working Cal's Radiation Lab. He then worked as a chemist for a paper company in the San Francisco area before taking a job with Menasha Corporation in North Bend, Oregon, in 1960. Myron worked for Menasha Corporation for the rest of his career, first as a chemist in Oregon, a data processor in Anaheim, California, and finally as the Assistant Manager of Management Information Systems in Neenah Wisconsin. Myron was keenly interested in learning and went on to get his masters degree in business and finance at the University of Wisconsin, Oshkosh. Myron continued post graduate studies in business and finance for the rest of his life. He was an avid reader, and contributed to many charitable organizations, including the alumni program at U.C. Berkeley. Myron is survived by his wife, Barbara; a daughter and 2 sons: Pamela J. Buchannan, Sierra Vista, AZ; Todd (Janice) Andrews, Eau Claire; Timothy (Nancy) Andrews, Flagstaff, AZ; 9 grandchildren and 3 great grandchildren; 2 sisters: Patricia G. (Myron) Jarman and Lee Deaton; brothers-in-law and sisters-in-law and other relatives. In accordance with Myron's wishes a private family service will be held.
