Donna Mae Johnson, 71, passed away peacefully on Sunday, August 21, 2016. She was born November 22, 1944, in Neenah to the late John and Mildred (Duchan) Dolechek. Donna graduated from Neenah High School in 1963. She enjoyed making holidays and birthdays special for those she loved. Donna devoted her life to her three children. She would spend hours in front of a nickel machine, at any casino she could get to, once in awhile enjoying an overnight stay. At home, she was a pet lover taking in stray cats and even creating a warm home for outdoor cats throughout the year to ensure their survival. Donna also enjoyed going out for lunch with her friends. Donna is survived by her children: Mark (Nichole) Johnson, Jill (Brad) Hartwell, and Jami (Kris Marshall) Johnson; three grandchildren: Cassidy, Kyle and Hannah; a great-grandchild Audrey; sister Karen Hebbe, nieces, nephews, other relatives and many friends. She was preceded in death by her infant daughter: Wendy; sisters: Joanne De Lisle and Marlene DeKeyser and nephew: Brian Graskey. Funeral services will be held at 1:00 P.M. Friday, August 26, 2016, at the Kessler Funeral Home, 304 S Commercial Street, Neenah with Chaplain Jordan Kuczwara officiating. Interment will be in Greenlawn Memorial Park, Neenah. Visitation will be from 11:00 A.M. Friday until the time of the service.
