Robert Scott Kuluvar Obituary

Obituary Robert Scott Kuluvar, age 74 of Neenah, died peacefully at home on Nov. 8, 2021, of natural causes. Born on May 4, 1947, in Watertown, S.D. to Vernon and Mary (Buckingham) Kuluvar, Scott grew up in Rochester, MN. As a youth, Scott loved spending time outdoors, fishing whenever possible, then later hunting -- mostly for ducks and pheasants. He was legendary among friends for his skill with a shotgun, seldom missing a feathered target. After a year of college, he enlisted in the Navy in 1968 and served a couple 'tours of duty' in Vietnam. Job opportunities led Scott and his family to Neenah in the late 70's, where he worked and resided for the rest of his years. Preceded in death by his parents, older brother Kevin, and younger sister Katherine (Kitty) Kuluvar, he is survived by his son Kevin of Neenah, and younger brother, Dan of Duluth, MN. Scott loved wandering the back-country trout streams in and around Yellowstone, which he visited often and knew well -- places where he found peace of mind and could leave a judgmental world behind. Scott asked that his ashes be scattered there, as well as along the Whitewater River in the 'driftless' region of S.E. Minnesota. A contribution in his memory to either Ducks or Trout Unlimited would be appreciated. Services No services to be held
