Patricia A. Schimmel
Patricia Schimmel, 82, Neenah, died Monday, January 31, 2011 at Theda Clark Medical Center. She was born June 4, 1928, in Escanaba, Michigan daughter of Clarence and Emma (Kasbohm) Wright. Patricia married Duane H. Schimmel February 27, 1953, in Dubuque, Iowa and he preceded her in death September 29, 2008. Patricia was a 1946 graduate of Escanaba High School. She was employed at Kimberly Clark until her retirement. Pat was an avid reader and enjoyed traveling with Duane and finding new cuisine in their travels together. She also loved collecting cookbooks, and was a good reference for a good restaurant throughout the United States. Patricia is survived by her sister, Lou (Ken) Rian, Wells, MI; brother-in-law, Vincent Schimmel, Minneapolis, MN; sister-in-law, Lorraine Budgins, Menasha; numerous nieces and nephews including: Mike (Connie) Rian, John (Jodi) Rian, Jim (Lori) Rian, Tom (Lisa) Rian, Harvey Judkins, Terry (Nancy) Judkins, James Budgins, Charlene (Ken) Schmidt, Randee Mathews; great nieces and great nephews and great great nieces and great great nephews; very special friends, Andy and Lori Zemlock. She was also preceded in death by her parents and two nephews: Robert and Larry Budgins. In accordance with Patricias wishes, no services will be held. Entombment has taken place.
