Michael A. Dixon, age 51, of Bradner, Ohio passed away peacefully on Friday, November 18, 2022, at the Bridge Hospice Care Center in Bowling Green. He was born on May 27, 1971, in Oregon, Ohio to the late Charles & Damiana “Diane” (Perez) Dixon, Sr. Michael married Michelle Diemer on May 22, 2021, in Oregon, Ohio.

Surviving Michael is his loving wife, Michelle; sons, Anthony & Angel Dixon; step-son, Devon Peters; step-daughter, Brianne (Clint Powell) Peters; brother, Charles (Amy) Dixon, Jr. of Woodville; sister, Anita Dixon of Bettsville, Teresa Dixon of Fremont; step-grandchildren, Isaiah, Nicholas, & Ritchie Green; god-daughter, D’Ana Dixon; 9 nieces & nephews; 1 great-nephew; and 2 great-nieces. He was preceded in death by his parents, Charles & Damiana “Diane”.

Michael was a 1990 graduate of Woodmore High School, and then worked as a Metal Finisher of Vehtek Systems Inc in Bowling Green for many years. He was an avid fan of the Notre Dame Fighting Irish and Denver Bronco’s football teams and was a collector of all sporting cards with his brother. Over the years he enjoyed coaching his sons’ sporting teams, connecting with friends, and playing golf, although according to him, he was just the comic relief. Michael’s greatest love in life was spending time with his family, and he will always be remembered for having a great sense of humor.

Friends will be received from 3:00 – 7:00 PM on Wednesday, November 23, 2022, at Barndt Funeral Home in Wayne, Ohio, where a Celebration of Life Service will begin on Wednesday at 7:00 PM with Michael’s brother-in-law, Pastor Bill Saur officiating.
